Workday HCM Technical

Must Have :

• Should have minimum 4 years experience in development and application configuration of Workday HCM, primarily focused on integration development and enhancements.
• Hands on experience in xml, xslt, EIB, core connector, CCB ,PICOF, Studio tools, webservices.
• Good functional knowledge on Core HCM concepts
• Ability to build and maintain credibility by knowing the business and aligning HR systems support to the priorities of the business.
• Should have very good experience of requirement gathering, building, testing of workday integrations for large customers.
