As a Workday HCM Manager, you will lead the charge in delivering innovative solutions within our Digital Core Modernisation network. You will be at the forefront of client support, guiding teams through the complexities of Workday Human Capital Management implementations. Your role will involve strategic planning and execution, leveraging your business application consulting skills to drive impactful results for our clients.

As a Manager, you will mentor junior staff, fostering their development while managing client accounts and leading projects. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Your leadership will be pivotal in motivating and inspiring teams to deliver quality outcomes, while embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

- Managing client relationships and expectations through effective communication and strategic planning

- Overseeing project budgeting and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

- Conducting business analysis to identify opportunities for human resources transformation

- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and execute workforce planning and talent management initiatives
