Workday HCM Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Workday HCM solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure supervisory organizations, job profiles, positions, staffing models, and organizational structures.
• Support configuration of Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, or Time Tracking modules.
• Configure business processes, approvals, notifications, and security settings.
• Participate in testing, deployments, production support, and Workday release activities.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Core HCM configuration.
• Experience configuring supervisory organizations, job profiles, positions, or staffing models.
• Familiarity with Workday business processes and security groups.
• Experience with at least one functional area such as Absence, Compensation, or Time Tracking.
