Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Workday HCM Functional Consultant with 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM implementations, configuration, and support. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize Workday HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Talent, and Recruiting.
• Design and support Workday business processes, security, and reporting.
• Participate in Workday implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and production deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide solutions aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless integrations.
• Support Workday bi-annual releases and recommend process improvements.
