Workday HCM Functional / Big 4 / Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

• Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Recruiting, etc.).
  
• Configure, test, and deploy Workday functionality based on business requirements.
  
• Support Workday implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
  
• Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Workday solutions.
  
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields.
