Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Workday HCM project delivery activities, including planning, tracking, governance, and execution support.
• Define and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and action trackers.
• Coordinate with functional, integration, testing, data, cutover, deployment, and BAU teams to ensure timely completion of activities.
• Support requirements workshops, solution review discussions, design sign-offs, UAT execution, deployment readiness, and hypercare transition.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across HR, Talent, Performance, Business, IT, vendors, and leadership teams.
• Prepare status dashboards, steering committee updates, project reports, risk registers, issue logs, and delivery governance packs.
• Track third-party/vendor deliverables including scope, effort, resource alignment, and reporting commitments.
• Support Workday Talent and Performance management activities such as goal management, performance review cycles, talent reviews, succession, and career development initiatives where applicable.
• Ensure delivery adherence to timelines, quality standards, compliance expectations, and agreed governance cadence.
• Plan transition from programme mode to BAU support, including handover, knowledge transfer, documentation, and hypercare closure.
