Job Description

We are looking for a Workday Human Resource Management (HCM) Analyst with 2-5 years of experience in Workday HCM configuration, support, and business process management. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM modules and be capable of supporting HR operations and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday HCM modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Support Core HCM, Organization Management, Staffing, and Business Processes.
• Perform data validation, testing, and issue resolution.
• Assist in Workday releases, enhancements, and change requests.
• Create reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders and functional teams.
• Provide production support and user training.
