Workday Functional - Sr Consultant

Role Summary:

Leads end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert, manages complex client engagements, and mentors junior team members. May informally lead small project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design Configuration: Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios. Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization.
• Client Engagement: Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables. Review junior team members configuration for accuracy and completeness.
• Mentoring Knowledge Sharing: Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project. Document and share module best practices and lessons learned.

• Bachelors degree from a recognized institution.
• 4-7 years of HRIS experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations.
• Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll etc).
• Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Certifications: Workday Core HCM Certification (required).
