Workday Functional Consultant (Benefits & Absence) - India

Key Responsibilities

·Configure and support Workday Benefits, Absence, Core HCM, Compensation, and Time Tracking modules.

·Gather requirements, perform impact analysis, and translate business needs into Workday solutions.

·Manage production support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution with business and vendor teams.

·Lead testing activities, TPM reviews, data validation, and deployment readiness.

·Support global implementations, country rollouts, and enhancement projects.

·Conduct user training, UAT support, and stakeholder communications.

·Manage EIB loads, reporting, and data validation activities.

·Provide regular project and operational updates to business stakeholders.

Required Skills

·Strong experience in Workday Benefits, Absence, Core HCM, Compensation, and Time Tracking.

·Hands-on expertise in Business Processes, Security, Supervisory Organizations, Reporting, and EIBs.

·Experience supporting global Workday implementations and AMS environments.

·Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·Experience working with cross-functional HR, Technology, and Product teams.
