Must Have

• Hands-on experience with Workday Financials.
• Strong expertise in:
• Advanced Reports
• Matrix Reports
• Composite Reports
• Dashboards
• Calculated Fields
• Strong understanding of:
• Workday Security Framework
• Domain Security Policies
• Business Process Security
• Role Assignments
• Experience supporting Finance and Accounting business processes.
• Experience in Workday implementation, enhancement, or AMS support projects.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Good to Have

• Workday Financials Certification.
• Knowledge of Workday Prism Analytics.
• Experience with Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio).
• Exposure to SOX, Audit, and Compliance requirements.
• Experience with ServiceNow or ticketing tools
