Workday Extend Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy Workday Extend applications and integrations using EIB and Web Services.
• Build reusable components following Workday best practices.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure security, compliance, and high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in the complete development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Workday Extend experience.
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience developing at least 2 Workday Extend applications end-to-end.
• Experience with Model Objects, Orchestrations, and Security Domains.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, and Agile methodologies.
• Workday Extend Certification Mandatory.
• Workday Integration experience is an added advantage.
• O4I Certification – Preferred, but not mandatory.
