About this role
Roles and Responsibility
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions using Workday.
- Design, implement, and maintain Workday integrations with other systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday data migration, configuration, and performance optimization.
- Develop and deliver training programs to end-users on Workday functionality and best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members on Workday-related projects.
- Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery of Workday-based solutions.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of Workday architecture, features, and functionality.
- Experience with Workday integration, customization, and development using various technologies such as APIs, web services, and messaging queues.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and methodologies related to IT service management.
