Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Workday HCM or relevant Workday modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional or technical solutions.
• Configure business processes, security roles, and organizational structures.
• Develop and support Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Work with Workday integrations, including EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio, where applicable.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, finance, and technical teams.
• Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, and release updates.
• Support Workday upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required skills

• Around 6 years of relevant Workday implementation or support experience.
• Strong knowledge of at least one Workday module.
• Experience with business process configuration and security.
• Knowledge of reporting, calculated fields, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with integrations and data migration, depending on the role.
