Workday Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Workday HCM team, responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting comprehensive HR processes within Workday. This role ensures seamless HR operations, compliance, and employee experience across diverse business functions by leveraging expertise across one or more Workday functional modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Workday modules across the ecosystem (including HCM Core, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, Absence & Time Tracking, Payroll, Financials, Benefits, Learning, and Security/Business Processes).
• Partner with HR and IT teams to gather business requirements and deliver scalable, robust HR solutions.
• Support data loading, custom reporting, and integrations between Workday and external systems using tools like EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot configuration issues, and optimize existing business processes.
• Ensure compliance with global and regional HR policies, data security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Document standard operating procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Skills & Expertise

• Hands-on configuration and administration experience in at least one major Workday functional module (e.g., Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, Absence & Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, or Financial Management).
• Strong knowledge of Workday business processes, security frameworks, and custom reporting.
• Familiarity with Workday integration tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation.
• Clear understanding of core human resources lifecycles, operations, and workforce management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
