Workday Consultant - Talent Acquisition Module

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Utilize Workday system to track applicant tracking, candidate pipeline management, and reporting on recruitment metrics.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience with designing and defining Talent Acquisition systems, ideally with Workday or Phenom .

• Strong analytical and technical skills.

• Workday and/or Phenom Talent Acquisition system design experience
• Experience with creating business requirements for Workday and/or Phenom system configuration
• Ability to work with both local Hyderabad business TA teams and US system delivery teams as a liaison between functional and technical.
• Ability to lead quality assurance and testing efforts for business teams
• Innovative thinker with strong communication skills

• Strong understanding of software testing concepts and ability to apply them in an HR context.
• Proficiency in using Workday system for recruitment purposes.
