URGENT HIRING – WORKDAY COMPENSATION & BENEFITS CONSULTANT
Techsaga Corporations is actively hiring an experienced Workday Compensation & Benefits Consultant for an immediate contract opportunity.
Employment Type: Contract
Work Mode: Hybrid (lucknow)
Shift Timings: 3:00 PM / 4:00 PM IST to 12:00 AM / 1:00 AM IST
Experience Required: 10+ Years Overall Experience with 7–8+ Years of Relevant Workday Experience
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience in Workday Compensation & Benefits Configuration and Implementation
Technically strong consultant with the ability to independently manage end-to-end module configurations
Expertise in Compensation Plans, Merit Cycles, Bonus Plans, Salary Reviews, Allowances, and Benefits Administration
Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support
Strong knowledge of Workday Business Processes, Security, Calculated Fields, Condition Rules, and Reporting
Experience in multiple end-to-end Workday implementation projects
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions with minimal supervision
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience
Experience working in global enterprise Workday environments
Preferred:
Workday Compensation and/or Benefits Certification
Multiple full lifecycle implementation experience
Strong communication and consulting skills
