About this role
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end Workato integrations across enterprise applications, ensuring adherence to SDLC and governance standards.
- Experience contributing to the design and architecture of complex integration solutions.
- Actively participate in the technical analysis and execution of migrating existing interfaces from TIBCO to WORKATO, ensuring a smooth and reliable transition.
- Proven, hands-on development experience in at least one significant migration project from a traditional middleware platform (like TIBCO, MuleSoft) to a modern iPaaS solution. Direct development experience with Workato is highly desirable.
- Build scalable and reusable integration solutions, leveraging Workato recipes, APIs, webhooks, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and application teams to translate business requirements into robust integration designs aligned with Hybrid Integration Platform (HIP) principles.
- Manage the complete integration lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, performance optimization, and production support.
