• We are looking for a Workato/Orderful admin in India with at least 7 years of integration (middleware/EDI) experience and 2 years of Workato/Orderful experience.
• Administered Workato iPaaS and Orderful B2B integration platforms supporting SAP S/4HANA, EDI, API, SFTP, and cloud integrations.
• Managed Workato environments, Recipe Lifecycle Management (RLM), platform security, RBAC, and governance processes.
• Administered AS2 communication protocols, trading partner connectivity, digital certificates, encryption keys, and secure B2B data exchange.
• Led certificate lifecycle management activities, including installation, renewal, rotation, monitoring, and partner certificate exchanges.
• Configured and supported Orderful trading partner onboarding, EDI transaction setup, document routing, testing, and production deployments.
• Managed Workato on-prem agents, firewall requirements, IP whitelisting, network connectivity, and secure integrations with enterprise applications.
• Monitored integration performance, resolved incidents, performed root cause analysis, and ensured SLA compliance.
• Supported SOX, ITGC, audit, compliance, and change management requirements while maintaining secure and scalable integration operations.

Preferred candidate profile

1. 7 years of integration (middleware/EDI) experience.
2. 2 years of Workato/Orderful experience.
