Salary: Up to 17,000 CTC
In-Hand Salary: 10,000-13,000 approximately

(Certificate of Completion: Candidates who successfully complete the 3-month work journey will receive a certificate of completion)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions through calls .
• Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Record and update customer information in the system accurately.

Requirements:

• Fluent on English and Hindi both
• NO RTI / MTI candidates will be entertained, please do not apply
• Laptop with Intel i5 or Ryzen5 processor or above
• Stable internet connection with 50+ Mbps speed
• Headset with microphone
• Ability to work from home in a professional environment
• Immediate joiner can only apply

Work Schedule

• 9-hour shift (8 hours work + 1 hour break)
• 6 days working (Rotational shifts includes)
• 1 Rotational week off
