Manage end to end recruitment including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, follow ups with candidates and clients, maintaining ATS updates, and meeting daily submission and performance targets while working remotely.

Required Candidate profile

1 to 4 years of recruitment experience preferred. Exposure to Non IT hiring. Strong sourcing skills, candidate communication, interview coordination, & ability to work independently in a remote setup.
