Job Description: We are seeking motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our Work From Home Customer Support Chat Process. The role involves assisting customers through chat, resolving queries effectively, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Must own a personal laptop and have a stable internet connection.

Technical/System Requirements:

• System: Core i5, 8th Gen or above, with minimum 8GB RAM.
• Operating System: Windows 10 or above.
• Camera: Mandatory.
• Internet Speed: Minimum 20 Mbps (uploading & downloading).
• Headset: Compatible USB headset with noise cancellation (Suggested brand: Big Passport available online at reasonable prices).
• UPS: Mandatory, with minimum 2 hours backup.
• EDR Installation: Mandatory.
