About this role
Date of joining: Immediate
Experience: 2-3 Years
Responsibilities:
Develop ideas for new products based on research & feedback from Creative
Director and create mood boards and presentation.
Develop ideas for printed fabrics.
Make detailed technical sketches of designs.
Supervise sourcing of new fabrics & new trims.
Manage colour testing & the selection of final fabrics.
Plan prototype sample process and ensure key milestones are met.
Launch design sketches with technical team & oversee the development of patterns and creation of tech packs with all necessary specifications.
Follow up with technical team regularly to ensure all plans are carried out efficiently.
Work closely with weavers & printers.
Ensure all garments are quality controlled and patterns ready before handover.
Candidate must have:
A strong understanding of colour, designs, detail, textures and experience of using different textile processes and techniques.
Proficient in softwares used in creating technical drawings.
Must have minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi and attention to detail.
