Job Description:

Voice Coach KRA:

Based on the Voice Coach / Voice & Accent Trainer role, It focuses on improving communication effectiveness, accent clarity, customer interaction skills, and overall performance of customer service advisors in a BPM environment.

Job Profile: Voice Coach (Voice & Accent Trainer)

A Voice Coach is responsible for enhancing employees' spoken English, pronunciation, accent neutrality, customer communication, and soft skills. The role involves conducting training sessions, coaching individuals and teams, developing learning materials, and supporting operational goals through continuous performance improvement

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver voice and communication training programs to customer service advisors and employees.
• Conduct sessions on:
• Accent neutralization
• Pronunciation and fluency
• Business communication
• Soft skills and customer handling
• Perform training audits and identify communication improvement areas.
• Provide one-on-one and group coaching to improve performance metrics.
• Develop training content, presentations, learning activities, and engagement materials.
• Monitor trainee progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Partner with Operations and Quality teams to ensure training interventions support business KPIs and customer experience objectives.
• Facilitate Train-the-Trainer programs and knowledge transfer initiatives.
