Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer DITA & Media Designing with 3+ years of experience in technical documentation, e-learning content development, and multimedia design. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in DITA/XML-based authoring, Articulate 360, and digital learning content creation. The role involves developing interactive training modules, technical documentation, multimedia learning assets, and LMS-compatible courseware to support business and customer learning initiatives.

Technical Documentation

• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation using DITA/XML authoring standards.
• Develop structured, reusable, and user-friendly documentation for products, processes, and knowledge repositories.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with documentation standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), developers, and business stakeholders to gather content requirements.

E-Learning Development

• Design and develop engaging e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360 and other Articulate 360 tools.
• Create interactive learning elements such as:
• Assessments and quizzes
• Knowledge checks
• Interactive navigation
• Scenario-based learning
• Animations and simulations
• Voice-over enabled training content
• Convert instructor-led and classroom training materials into self-paced digital learning modules.

Media Design & Content Development

• Transform PowerPoint presentations into professional video-based learning content (MP4).
• Design engaging multimedia assets, including:
• Infographics
• Visual aids
• Animations
• Learning videos
• Interactive graphics
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create visually appealing training and communication materials.

LMS & Publishing

• Publish and package courses following SCORM standards.
• Ensure LMS compatibility and successful deployment of training content.
• Perform end-to-end testing and quality assurance of course packages before release.
• Monitor learning content functionality across different platforms and devices.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct thorough reviews of technical documentation and learning content.
• Validate functionality, navigation, assessments, media integration, and learner experience.
• Ensure content quality, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in DITA/XML-based documentation and structured authoring.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline 360, Rise 360).
• Knowledge of SCORM 1.2/2004 standards and LMS deployment.
• Experience in creating multimedia learning content and interactive training modules.
• Ability to convert PowerPoint content into professional video formats (MP4).
• Understanding of technical writing principles and documentation lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Confluence and Jira.

• Understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, Computer Science, Information Technology, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Technical Writing, Instructional Design, Articulate 360, or Multimedia Development are preferred.

This assessment is proctored, and talent gets evaluated on Basic analytics, English Comprehension and writex (email writing).

STEP 2:

Click on "Start New Test" and follow the instructions to complete the assessment. When prompted to select a unit, please choose TSO to proceed further.

STEP 3:

Once completed, please make a note of the AMCAT ID (Access you Amcat id by clicking 3 dots on top right corner of screen).

NOTE:

• During registration, you'll be asked to provide the following information:
• Personal Details: Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, PAN number.
• Availability: Acknowledgement of work schedule preferences (Shifts, Work from Office, Rotational Weekends, 24/7 availability, Transport Boundary) and reason for career change.
• Employment Details: Current notice period and total annual compensation (CTC) in the format 390000 - 4 LPA (example).
• Candidate Information: 10-digit candidate ID starting with 100XXXXXXX, Gender, Source (e.g., Vendor name, Naukri/LinkedIn/Found it, or Direct), and Location
• Interview Mode: Walk-in
• Attempt all questions in the SHL Assessment app.
• The assessment is proctored, so choose a quiet environment.
• Use a headset or Bluetooth headphones for clear communication.
• A passing score is required for further interview rounds.
• 5 or above toggles, multi face detected, face not detected, or any malpractice will be considered rejected
• Once you've finished, submit the assessment and make a note of the AMCAT ID (15 Digit) used for the assessment.
