Job Description:

• Provide L1/L2 support for SAP ECC, BW, and BPC applications
• Monitor application health, jobs, interfaces, and system performance
• Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end business processes
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and support processes
• Must be willing to work in a 24x7 support environment
