WMS Functional Lead

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle WMS/MSCA projects, enhancements, and support activities.

• Gather business requirements and design WMS solutions.

• Configure and support receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, cycle counting, and inventory management processes. • Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, and procurement teams.

• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customizations.

• Manage SIT/UAT testing, user training, and issue resolution.

• Drive process improvements and warehouse automation initiatives. Required Skills

• Oracle EBS WMS, MSCA, Inventory (INV) Must to have

• Order Management (OM), Shipping (WSH), Purchasing (PO). Good to have

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain processes.

• Experience with RF devices, barcode solutions, and third-party warehouse integrations.

• Ability to lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and deliver projects. Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.

• Oracle Supply Chain/WMS certification preferred.

• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, retail, or distribution environments. Key Competencies
