• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Manhattan Active Omni and its applications.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Experience in project management and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Manhattan Active Omni suite.
