Wiring Harness Field support

Role & responsibilities

• Field Complaint Support for all Projects
• Provide support to the QRT / Command Centre for LV wiring harness field support for diagnosis of field complaints
• Attend field visits for vehicle inspection and troubleshooting
• Provide solutions and corrective actions for field issues
• Ensure response to field complaints within response time
• Maintain field complaint records with issue details, investigation, root cause, action, and closure status
• Study wiring harness drawings, schematics, connector details for issue diagnosis.
• Knowledge of schematics, wiring harness, CAD & electrical components
• Prepare and circulate MIS reports to CoC and the Customer Support Team.
• Weekly field complaint status reports to the CoC and Customer Support Team for all complaints attended
