Wipro is hiring For US Payroll Associate For Pune office

We are looking for enthusiastic professionals to join our team for the role of Payroll Associate for Pune location.

• Location: Pune Wipro office Phase 2 Hinjewadi
• Work Model: 5 Days Work from Office (Sat-Sun Fixed Off)
• Shift: US Shift | Night Shift (8 PM – 5 AM)
• Working Hours: 9.5 Hours 
• Facility: One-Side Cab Drop Available

Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll inputs received from clients
• Handle payroll operations with accuracy and timeliness
• Manage client escalations and provide prompt resolutions
• Work on client emails and payroll data processing
• Handle customer/client calls as required
• Support MIS activities and operational tasks

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 year of Payroll experience / HR Domian experience.
• Preferably experience in US Payroll / Canada Payroll or Indian Payroll
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
• Customer-centric approach and attention to detail
• Willingness to work in night shifts
