• Shift: Us Shift (Night Shift, post 6:30 PM)
• Working Hours: 9.5 Hours
• Facility: One-Side Cab Drop Provided
• Work Environment: Clean Room Setup (Mobile Phones Not Allowed on Floor

Key Responsibilities & Skill Set:

• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management (Sourcing to Offer Rollout)
• Experience in US & European Recruitment
• Strong expertise in international sourcing strategies
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools (Workday) and recruitment systems
• Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, and social hiring platforms
