Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network-related issues involving routers, switches, and LAN/WAN environments.
• Handle incident tickets and escalations within defined SLA timelines.
• Support network configuration, maintenance, and daily operational activities.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders through calls and emails.
• Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

Required Skills

• CCNA Certification (Mandatory)
• Graduate from a Technical Background
• Strong Communication Skills
• Basic knowledge of:
• TCP/IP
• VLANs
• Routing & Switching
• Network Troubleshooting
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
