Roles And Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Windows Server environments.
• Perform server installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, and DHCP services.
• Monitor server health, performance, and availability.
• Create and manage user accounts, access permissions, and security policies.
• Troubleshoot Windows server, application, and connectivity issues.
• Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
