Job Summary

Clover Infotech is looking for a skilled and motivated Windows Server Administrator to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, server monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, manage, and maintain Windows Server operating systems.
• Perform user and group management using Active Directory (AD).
• Manage and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO), and related services.
• Monitor server performance, availability, and system health.
• Troubleshoot server, operating system, and connectivity-related issues.
• Perform routine server maintenance, patching, updates, and security configuration.
• Manage file sharing, folder permissions, and access controls.
• Assist with server backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
• Work on incident management and service requests within defined SLAs.
• Coordinate with network, storage, and application teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow IT security and operational procedures.

Required Skills:

• 14 years of experience in Windows Server Administration.
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows Server 2016, 2019, or 2022.
• Good understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Knowledge of user account management and access permissions.
• Basic understanding of server hardware, networking, TCP/IP, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows Server patching, monitoring, and backup processes.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle technical issues efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of VMware or Hyper-V virtualization.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools and ITIL-based incident management.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Understanding of server security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
