production reliability end to end - 24x7 incident response, root cause analysis, monitoring and alerting, disaster recovery and
failover testing, and end-to-end data center management across a 13-site estate. Codi es infrastructure and con guration with
Terraform and Ansible to make deployments repeatable and reduce manual toil, and operates NetApp SnapMirror replication to a
one-hour RPO.
