Windows Collab Admin

Requirements

• Administer and support Windows-based collaboration tools and infrastructure.
  
• Manage and maintain Slack workspace configuration, user provisioning, permissions, channels, and policies.
  
• Support and configure third-party applications and integrations that connect with Slack.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to collaboration platforms, messaging, notifications, bots, and integrated applications.
  
• Coordinate with IT, security, and business teams to implement collaboration solutions aligned with company needs.
  
• Maintain documentation for collaboration systems, configurations, and support processes.
  
• Monitor system performance, usage, and service health for collaboration tools.
  
• Assist with rollout of new collaboration features, tools, and automation workflows.
  
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related experience.
  
• Experience administering Windows environments in an enterprise setting.
  
• Hands-on experience with Slack administration.
  
• Knowledge of applications that integrate with Slack, such as ticketing, productivity, conferencing, monitoring, or workflow tools
  
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or related enterprise platforms.
  

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Prefer candidates in Bangalore who are willing to work from office in a hybrid mode.
