Job Summary


Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot server issues, performance bottlenecks, and incidents; manage incident and problem tickets through resolution and RCA.
• Administer Hyper-V 2012/2016 clusters, including VM creation, configuration, snapshots, failover clustering, and high-availability environments.
• Manage OS patching, security compliance, hardening, backup/recovery, OS reinstallation, and system restoration activities.
• Support OS migrations, including in-place upgrades and side-by-side migrations, along with server commissioning and decommissioning.
• Manage user access, folder permissions, server inventory, and provide basic IIS troubleshooting and application support.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and hardware/software vendors for issue resolution, with strong troubleshooting, documentation, reporting, and incident-management skills.
