Role & responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022).
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and File Services.
- Perform user account administration, permissions management, and security policy implementation.
- Monitor server performance, system health, and capacity planning.
- Manage patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation.
- Configure and maintain failover clustering and high-availability solutions.
- Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations.
- Troubleshoot server, OS, and network-related issues.
