Windows Server Administration
• Manage and administer Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022).
• Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, and migration of Windows servers.
• Monitor server health, performance, availability, and capacity utilization.
• Manage Active Directory integrated server infrastructure.
• Handle OS-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Support physical, virtual, and cloud-based Windows servers.
• Implement server hardening and security best practices.
• Manage services, scheduled tasks, certificates, and server roles/features.

Windows Patching & Vulnerability Management
• Plan, schedule, and execute monthly Windows patching activities.
• Deploy security updates, cumulative updates, hotfixes, and emergency patches.
• Validate patch compliance and generate compliance reports.
• Perform patch impact analysis and risk assessment.
• Coordinate maintenance windows with business and application teams.
• Troubleshoot patch installation failures and post-patch issues.
• Support vulnerability remediation activities identified through security scans.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and SLAs.
• Maintain patch deployment documentation and audit records.
