Must-Have

Windows Server Administration

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022).
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and Certificate Services.
• Perform server provisioning, patch management, upgrades, and system hardening.
• Monitor server performance and implement optimization strategies.
• Manage file servers, print servers, and application servers.
• Troubleshoot Windows operating system and infrastructure-related issues.
• Install, configure, and manage Bitvise SSH/SFTP servers in enterprise environments.
• Create and manage secure file transfer accounts, virtual directories, and access permissions.
• Configure SSH key-based authentication and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Monitor SFTP transfers, logs, and security events.
• Troubleshoot file transfer connectivity, authentication, and performance issues.
• Implement security best practices for encrypted file transfers and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate secure file exchange with internal teams, vendors, and business partners.
• Perform backup and recovery of Bitvise configurations and SFTP data repositories.

VMware Administration

• Manage VMware vSphere, ESXi Hosts, vCenter Server, vMotion, DRS, and HA clusters.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain virtual machines and virtual infrastructure.
• Perform VMware upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning.
• Monitor and optimize virtual environment performance.
• Configure and manage VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM) and disaster recovery solutions.
• Implement backup and recovery solutions for VMware workloads.

Cisco UCS Administration

• Deploy, configure, and manage Cisco UCS Manager and UCS Fabric Interconnects.
• Create and maintain Service Profiles, Policies, Pools, and Templates.
• Manage blade and rack servers within UCS environments.
• Monitor hardware health and troubleshoot UCS infrastructure issues.
• Perform firmware upgrades and lifecycle management activities.
• Coordinate UCS resource allocation and capacity management.
