Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage Windows patching process using SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) to ensure timely deployment of updates across the organization.
• Configure Intune policies for device management, application control, and security settings to maintain compliance with company standards.
• Troubleshoot issues related to patching failures or conflicts with existing software installations on end-user devices.
• Collaborate with IT team members to develop and implement effective solutions for managing large-scale deployments.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for managing software deployments and updates.
• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and ability to troubleshoot common issues.
• Experience with Intune policy configuration for device management, application control, and security settings.
