Interview Mode : Virtual mode (Microsoft Teams)

Experience : 4-15 Years

• Provide L1/L2/L3 support for PTC Windchill PLM applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, access, and performance issues.
• Manage user administration, groups, roles, licenses, and ACLs.
• Support Change Management, Document Management, Parts & BOM Management modules.
• Monitor Windchill servers, Method Servers, queues, vaults, and database health.
• Perform system maintenance activities, backups, patch upgrades, and deployments.
• Handle incident, service request, and problem management activities within SLA targets.
• Analyze root causes and implement preventive solutions.
• Coordinate with business users, developers, and infrastructure teams.
• Create reports and dashboards using Windchill Query Builder and reporting tools.
• Support data migration, data loading, and bulk upload activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
