The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality software solutions. The candidate should possess a deep understanding of the Windchill platform and demonstrate the ability to design and optimize PLM workflows, manage data structures, and enhance system functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Windchill PLM solutions based on client requirements.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables.
- Optimize existing PLM processes and workflows for improved efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windchill applications.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest Windchill features and best practices.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Proficient in Windchill PLM development and customization.
- Strong experience with Java, XML, and other programming languages relevant to PLM.
- Knowledge of Windchill data model, workflows, and structure.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for PLM systems.
- Experience with product data management (PDM) and manufacturing processes.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Relevant certifications in Windchill PLM or related technologies are a plus.
