- Design, develop and implement custom solutions and enhancements in Windchill PLM.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and participate in technical design discussions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support team members in problem-solving.
- Work in Agile/SAFe environment and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Collaborate on story refinement, estimation and PI planning.
- Stay updated with Windchill features, best practices and process improvements.
- Guide/train team members on Windchill functionalities.
