Windchill Developer | PTC Windchill PLM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain PTC Windchill PLM solutions.
• Configure workflows, life cycles, teams, roles, and access controls in Windchill.
• Develop customizations using Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, and Windchill APIs.
• Create and modify OIRs (Object Initialization Rules), Attributes, and Business Rules.
• Implement and support Change Management, Document Management, and Part Management modules.
• Develop integrations between Windchill and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise applications.
• Perform code deployment, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system upgrades.
• Work closely with business users, solution architects, and functional teams to gather requirements.
• Provide production support and resolve technical issues within SLA timelines.
• Prepare technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in PTC Windchill PLM development and customization.
• Expertise in Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Hibernate, Spring Framework.
• Knowledge of Windchill workflows, lifecycle management, and change management.
• Experience with Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink modules.
• Proficiency in Windchill APIs, Info*Engine, and web services.
• Experience in SQL databases such as Oracle or SQL Server.
• Knowledge of ThingWorx integration is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
