Overview

Provide PMO governance for the Wind package, with focus on WTG/BoP/USS integration, execution risk, logistics, erection, and commissioning readiness.

Accountability Boundary

Owns programme-level Wind technical governance; site delivery monitoring remains under the Wind Site Team Leader and discipline team.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Review Wind package performance, milestone forecasts, major risks, and recovery recommendations from the Wind Site Team Leader.
• Provide technical governance for WTG, BoP, civil, mechanical/electrical erection, crane/logistics, and USS/grid interfaces.
• Resolve or escalate cross-package constraints affecting access, energization, SCADA/control-system integration monitored by the respective Electrical Engineer, HOTO, or shared infrastructure.
• Review critical quality, HSE, and commissioning matters affecting turbine readiness and programme milestones.
• Support contractual and stakeholder decisions with coordinated technical recommendations.
• Ensure package recommendations are consistent with Client objectives and PMO reporting controls.

• WTG/BoP/USS milestone-risk recommendations.
• Wind commissioning/HOTO gate advisory.
