Job Description - Assistant Executive

The Assistant Executive will support the procurement and materials management processes within the organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in SAP MM, purchase requisitions, invoicing, and materials handling. The ideal candidate will contribute to efficient procurement operations and ensure timely processing of purchase invoices.

• Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Manage and track purchase invoices to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Maintain accurate records of materials procurement and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any procurement-related issues.
• Support the implementation of materials management best practices.

• 1-3 years of experience in procurement or materials management.
• Proficiency in SAP MM and related procurement processes.
• Strong knowledge of purchase requisitions, invoicing, and materials handling.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

The Assistant Executive is expected to meet deadlines for procurement processes, maintain high accuracy in invoicing, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the materials management team. Regular performance reviews will assess the effectiveness in achieving these goals.
