    • Coordinate responses to regulatory, audit, compliance, and governance requests related to KYC, aligning on requirements and deadlines
    • Validate submissions for completeness and quality against internal process requirements and maintain clear documentation and evidence packs
    • Triage incoming requests, identify required data points and documentation, and escalate risks or issues through appropriate channels
    • Track request status, dependencies, and due dates to support on-time delivery across multiple concurrent items
    • Identify recurring data issues and process gaps, and propose improvements to enhance quality, speed, and consistency
    • Contribute to the ongoing refinement of the exam management approach, including controls, templates, and operating routines

    Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

    • Bachelors degree
    • Prior experience supporting the KYC / due diligence lifecycle, including onboarding, remediation, or renewals, and associated documentation requirements
    • Knowledge of audit, exam, or information request processes and the need for controlled, time-bound delivery and evidence retention
    • Demonstrated ability to translate requirements into clear, actionable data and documentation requests
    • Ability to perform completeness and quality checks with strong attention to detail
    • Stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills, including comfort engaging business and control partners
    • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive requests, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

    • Experience coordinating responses to regulators, internal audit, compliance, or governance forums
    • Familiarity with KYC workflows and KYC systems used to capture and manage due diligence information
    • Experience building and maintaining audit trails, trackers, and evidence packs for controls and reporting
