Location: Open to any city in India (remote-friendly, travel required) | Type: Full-time, retainer + commission

About Dusala: Dusala is a GI-certified, Craftmark-accredited luxury heritage handloom and gifting brand, retailing on Tata CLiQ Luxury, Aza, Nykaa Fashion, and expanding internationally. We're already established online — now we're looking for someone to take our products from digital shelves to physical ones: airports, multi-brand stores (MBOs), and boutique retail across India.

What you'll do

• Identify and shortlist target retail locations — airport lifestyle/duty-free counters, premium MBOs, and strategically located boutiques
• Approach store founders/buyers directly and pitch Dusala for in-store placement
• Negotiate consignment or wholesale terms and margin-share agreements
• Oversee merchandising and visual display setup at partner locations
• Manage ongoing relationships, replenishment, and sales performance tracking per store

What we're looking for

• This is not a role for someone learning the ropes. We need someone who has already spent years building relationships with MBO owners, boutique founders, airport retail buyers, or store decision-makers — and can start opening doors from week one.
• 3+ years in wholesale/trade sales or retail buying at a fashion, lifestyle, or handicraft brand
• An existing, active network of retail contacts is mandatory, not a plus
• Comfortable working on a commission-linked structure with a small fixed retainer
• Can be based anywhere in India, with willingness to travel to key retail markets

Compensation

• Fixed retainer + placement bonus per store onboarded
• Ongoing commission (% of net sales) from every store/location you bring on board, for as long as the relationship is active
