Job Title : Wholesale Manager Inventory Funding

Business Unit (PA) : RA Tractor Finance

• Manufacturer relationship

• Close & effective Relationship management with Manufacturers.

• Increase our brand penetration and maintain high visibility.
• Provide best in class services to the channel partners / dealers and ensure customer delight.
• Co-ordination with Manufacturer to acquire new business proposals / Enhancement / review in limit.
• Availability of MIS as desired & to support the Manufacturer
• Special support to Manufacturer for Month end /Urgent & Festival seasons billing.
• Ensure adoption of digital tools in dealer finance.

• Billing / Txn Management process Manufacturer & Dealers

• Monitor & oversee the Indent clearance process is running smoothly.

• Cross functional interactions with support functions i.e. Credit / Operations / SCM / BTG to have seamless business flow.
• Provide best in class services to the channel partners and ensure customer delight.

• Sales Support function & query management

• Provide support to Sales team, understand their queries & ensure right solutions.
• Interaction & various MIS support to sales team.
• Close monitoring on key parameters like Deferrals monitoring, TAT monitoring, Delinquency, Overdues and driving the sales team to improve portfolio.
• Roll out specific MIS for regions with stressed portfolio / SOT accounts.
• Providing accurate & timely information (MIS) on all key biz parameters to the senior management as well as other team members.

• Intimating/updating the team on the Policy changes/new policies, changes in Login requirements, all important communications from allied units which have a bearing on the unit.
