Wholesale Business Analyst

Nair Systems is currently looking for Wholesale Business Analyst for our Qatar operations

Education & Experience Requirements:

-                          Bachelor's degree from a recognized university preferably in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

-                          At least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably within a highly rated international or regional bank.

-                          Experience in Business Analysis, Trade Finance, Cash Management, Transaction Banking Operations, or Digital Transformation initiatives.

-                          Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, business requirements documentation (BRDs), and solution implementation.

-                          Exposure to corporate or wholesale banking environments, preferably within Qatar or the GCC market.

-                          Experience supporting digital banking, process automation, system implementation, or transaction banking transformation projects.

Required Special Skills:

-       Excellent oral and written communication skills (including report writing) in English.

-       Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

-       Understanding of the relevant laws, regulations, and practices.

-       Ability to make decisions and follow through with initiatives.

-       Personal integrity and self-management.

-       Planning, organising, and analytical ability.

-       Results oriented.

-       Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of management.

-       Strong business analysis capabilities including requirements gathering (BRS/BRD), user stories, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution documentation.

-       Good understanding of Cash Management, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Virtual Accounts, and transaction banking operating models.

-       Experience with digital transformation, process automation, data analytics, UAT, and implementation of transaction banking platforms and solutions.
